On 20th January 2018, Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) inaugurated a coordination session for development budget to study the modalities of implementation of the National Society’s development projects.
Participants of the coordination session for development budget were ARCS Vice and Acting President, Dr. Mirwais Akram; Secretary General Deputy, Mr. Nawrooz Ali Alizadah; Heads of Departments, regional offices and provincial branches and key staff.
Dr. Mirwais welcomed the participant and said that proper coordination is one of the principles of human resource management to insure the effective and efficient accomplishment of assigned tasks. Accordingly, to implement the NS’s development projects, we need to make sure the existence of accurate coordination between implementers.
In addition, Heads of Finance, Properties and Maintenance and Logistic Departments spoke in regard to the importance of coordination between them and present a presentation about their work plan, concluded agreements and projects. Finally, they shared their experiences from the last year achievement.
Annually, ARCS leadership committee, heads of departments and key staff gather to evaluate the quality of implementation of development projects.
