ARCS Appreciates Government, Haj Pilgrims and Benevolent Compatriots’ Humanitarian Assistances

ARCS has appreciated President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Vice Presidents, Chief Executive of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Office, Cabinet Members, all Ministries, National and International organizations that have supported children who are suffering from heart diseases. In addition, ARCS request additional supports as well. ARCS Health Service Department reported that each Haj pilgrim donated Afs 1000 in 2015. The total amount of donation has been Afs 23,000,000 that has enabled ARCS to provide medical services to 183 children who have been suffering from heart diseases. In the other hand, Health Service Department reported that Alkozai has donated US$ 200,000 which supported 77 of children’s heart surgeries in Fortix and Max hospitals in Delhi and French hospital in Kabul. Besides that, Alkozai had purchased 536 Two-way Airplane Tickets from Kam Air Airline Company for children who had surgeries in hospitals in India. Al-haj Hekmatullah Shadman had donated US$ 50,000 that had insured 17 children heart surgeries in India. “In 2016, Kam Air Airline Company is transporting children with heart diseases to India for free.” ARCS Health Service Department reported. Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Ministry of Women’s Affairs and many other departments have donated total of US$ 97,104 that sponsored 34 children’s heart surgeries. Mrs. Morsal, Mr. Shah Agha Sediqi, Mr. Mahdiya Hussaini and Mrs, Maryam Hussaini have financially supported Norullah, Salma, Zabiyullah, Ozra’s heart surgeries. So, they had been returned to their families healthily. Finally, the beneficiaries have appreciated the donations and announced that they consider ARCS as the sole country-wide humanitarian organization which provide relief items to all affected and vulnerable population throughout Afghanistan.
